Art Therapy
What is Art Therapy?
Art Therapy uses the creative process of art making to help improve mental health. It involves creative techniques such as drawing, painting, collage, coloring, and sculpting to help teens express themselves and their feelings, struggles, and experiences.
Art Therapy is rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. It combines this creative expression with psychotherapy which facilitates self exploration and understanding.
